Mephisto’s principles of handmade shoes allow customers to return shoes and have them de-stitched and re-finished.
101 Architecture+Design were appointed by Mephisto to provide a ‘concept to completion’ turnkey project. This allowed the client, based in France to rest assured, knowing that all statutory and regulatory bodies were satisfied with the works prior to commencement. This including obtaining Listed Building Consent, The submission and acceptance of a Westminster Traffic Management Plans and detail drawings for a complex internally illuminated sign.
101 A+D organised a group of trusted electricians, carpenters, decorators, signage specialists to work within tight timeframes in a busy high turnover retail environment. Any delays in the works would have caused significant harm to the business.

In our experience, inefficiency in interior fit-out is a major contributor towards waste. Our focus in our Design&Build service is to put a focus on organisation and diligent planning before a foot has been placed on site. As a minimum, we encourage our clients to use low or VOC free paints, FSC certified timber, along with Formaldehyde free fillers and. restorers.
